We offer free priority mail for all orders over $100.00. Orders under $100.00 will ship by free first class mail. ***** Shipping time is from the time we actually ship not the date of the order. We do not stock all our frames in order to keep costs down so most frames have to be ordered in.
Non-prescription eyewear and accessories usually takes 5-7 business days (for U.S. customers). Prescription eyewear orders typically take 12-17 business days to receive (for U.S. customers), due in part to our rigorous quality control process. Glass prescription eyewear usually can take 30 + business days.
During this difficult time, please bear in mind all shipments are running slightly delayed, but rest assured, we are working as fast as we can to get your shipments there on time.
In some cases, we have found that USPS may not be scanning packages therefore individuals may not receive updated tracking. In these cases, the package will just show up.
