Exchange/Return Policy
EXCHANGES COVERED BY 1-YEAR MANUFACTURER WARRANTY
All of our frames are covered by a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. If you notice any defects in your frame or lenses that are covered under our warranty (see chart below), we will repair or replace your item free of charge, as long as it is returned to us within one year of purchase. Call our customer service department at 1-800-808-0895 to find out if the damage is covered under our warranty.
Please do NOT attempt to repair eyewear yourself – we cannot accept products that have been tampered with for exchange under a manufacturer's warranty.
**Customers ordering two or more frames for trying on will incur a 15% restocking fee... we have to order in all the frames and return them once they get back to us.

*If the value of the exchanged item is more than the value of the originally purchased item, the customer will be charged the price difference. If the value of the exchanged item is lower than the value of the originally purchased item, the customer will receive a credit for the price difference on his/her credit card.
*Customers wishing to exchange their purchase can choose to receive store credit instead of product. ALL SPECIAL ORDERS AND FRAMES THAT SAY NO RETURNS WILL ONLY RECEIVE STORE CREDIT - NO REFUNDS.
***If product is received after the 15 day return period customers will receive store credit only and/or incur a 25% restocking fee.
*Eyeglass.com reserves the right to limit the number of returns and/or exchanges at any time.
†Prescription lenses are custom-made and, therefore, cannot be resold. Eyeglass.com is not liable for any damages when replacing lenses during the shipping or lens replacing process. IF YOU SEND A FRAME IN FOR LENS REPLACEMENT AND WANT TO INSURE IT WHEN WE SHIP BACK TO YOU IN CASE IT IS LOST IN MAIL - PLEASE REQUEST EXTRA INSURANCE AND THIS WILL BE PAID BY CUSTOMER.
