Returning an Item
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your frames, you may return them for a full refund, less any shipping fees, within 30 to 60 days of receipt. All frames must be returned in their original, re-sellable condition and include all packaging material such as warranty cards, cleaning cloths and cases.
There are a few frame brands that we cannot accept for refund. These brands include: JF Rey, Beausoleil, Oliver Peoples, Charmant, Porsche, Michael Kors, Prada, Versace, La Loop and Gold & Wood. Clearance Items are not returnable.
Exchanged items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail within the USA. International Customers and Customers desiring a tracking number and/or expedited shipping will be responsible for any shipping fees.

Custom Lenses and Sun Clips
Prescription lenses, custom non-prescription lenses and custom sun clips are made to order and are not returnable. Should there be a manufacturing error in the lenses or clip please contact us at 800-808-0985 for details on correcting your order.
All frames and lenses carry a one year warranty against defects made during the manufacturing process. Please contact us prior to returning your damaged item for warranty replacement. This warranty does not cover breakage due to negligence or malice.
Refunds are made in the order they are received. It may take 30 to 60 days to receive a refund. You will receive an email confirmation once your credit has been issued. Depending on your banking institution, credits may take several days to post to your account. Please contact your bank for further information. Please note, credits are not issued for shipping fees.
