*If the value of the exchanged item is more than the value of the originally purchased item, the customer will be charged the price difference. *Eyeglass.com reserves the right to limit the number of returns and/or exchanges at any time.


†Prescription lenses are custom-made and, therefore, cannot be resold. Eyeglass.com is not liable for any damages when replacing lenses during the shipping or lens replacing process.


**Specific luxury brands such as: LaFont and Melissa Eyewear are subject to a 25% restocking fee

*Please note that Savile Row Eyewear, Epos, Melissa Eyewear and Custom Sun Clips are made-to-order, and therefore, cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason other than manufacturer defect.


Exchanges Covered by 1-Year Warranty

All of our frames and prescription lenses are covered by a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. If you notice any defects in your frame or lenses that are covered under our warranty (see chart below), we will repair or replace your item free of charge, as long as it is returned to us within one year of purchase. Call our customer service department at 1-800-808-0895 to find out if the damage is covered under our warranty and to get your free shipping labels.



Please do NOT attempt to repair eyewear yourself – we cannot accept products that have been tampered with for exchange under a manufacturer's warranty.

How to Exchange an Item

  • Step 1: Email exchanges@eyeglass.com or call 1-800-808-0895 with request of the product/warranty piece you'd like to exchange.
  • Step 2: Pay/Refund the difference of the exchanged product and ship the returning product in a box with your original packing slip to Eyeglass.com at address:

  • Step 3: Eyeglass.com will ship the exchanged product. If exchanged product is less than full purchase price of original product, the remaining amount will be refunded within 30 Days of the exchange date.

How to Return an Item

  • Step 2: Ship the returning product in a box with your original packing slip to Eyeglass.com at address:
